TRX® BASICS – The Introductory Course
TRX® or Total Body Resistance Exercise – was invented by Navy SEAL Randy Hetrick as a way to stay in peak physical condition. TRX® has revolutionized fitness by enabling you to use your own bodyweight to get a total-body, all core workout. The more muscles you activate, the more calories you burn. With over 300 different exercise variations, FWI’s clients can achieve peak core strength, balance, and cardiovascular endurance.
FWI offers a new 3-Session TRX® Basics Introductory Course every Tuesday. Here you’ll learn how to work with your TRX® Suspension Training Device. You’ll learn proper technique and body alignment. You’ll learn how to modify the intensity of exercises by changing your stance, the angle of your body, and the tempo of your exercise.
Most important, in TRX® Basics you’ll learn in a stress-free, small group setting with the best Instructor in the business – our Lead Trainer Charlotte Lester. She’ll give you all the tools you need so you can smoothly move into the more advanced group Sessions.
